Patients are first met and assessed by thenurse specialist, and then see Dr. Brousseau for an examination and treatment plan.

The consultation fee includes the follow-up tests prescribed in the treatment plan. You do not have to pay a follow-up fee to obtain your results and complete the process initiated during the consultation.

Follow-ups are reserved for patients whosehealth status has changed and who need to be re-evaluated by Dr. Brousseau, or who require regular check-ups for health reasons.

Only tests that are medically relevant to your condition will be performed and billed: if you have booked an appointment that includes a procedure and you don't need it, it won' t be performed and you won't be billed.

Fees for procedures and surgeries include stitch removal and follow-up pathology report.

    Facial skin surgery: from $870 for one lesion, subsequent lesions at 50%.

NOTICE OF NON-PARTICIPATION

Dr. Brousseau is a non-participating professional in the health insurance plan. As such, she cannot claim payment of her fees from the Régie de l'Assurance Maladie du Québec (RAMQ).

When you use his professional services, you pay him directly for the cost of the services provided.

You will not be able to request or obtain reimbursement from the Régie de l'Assurance Maladie du Québec (RAMQ) for the cost of insured services you have paid.

This notice is given in accordance with the Health Insurance Act (Chapter A-29) and regulations.

    • Regular insurance form: $85

    • Complex insurance form : $165

    • File transfer (no charge if file sent to patient): $85

    • Proof of attendance: $30

    • Pathology fee for non-Canadian residents: $75

  • The safest and most efficient way is to ask your pharmacist to fax a renewal request to 514-907-6156.

    There is no charge to refill your prescriptions if you are an active patient of Dr. Brousseau.

    Please note that if you have not seen Dr. Brousseau recently, she may not be able to renew your prescriptions without seeing you again for follow-up.

    Please note that Dr. Brousseau does not renew other doctors' prescriptions.

  • Each insurance company's program is different. To find out whether or not your expenses will be covered by your insurance, you can request a quote from us by e-mail at info@eliemd.com and then check with them directly.

  • All medical treatments are tax-deductible at both federal and provincial levels. 

  • As prescribed by law, if a consultation, examination or treatment is considered non-medical or cosmetic, GST-QST charges will be added.
